Finish a puzzle. Go play with your dog. Find things that give you momentary relief. 7 - Learn from your own experience.* This is pretty self-explanatory. In other words, change your behavior so that you don’t make the same mistakes. 8 - Focus on what helps you.* Read a book or listen to a podcast on the subject that has created your crisis. Find hope. 9 - Seek professional help.* Pastors and counselors are great resources to help you through the crisis’s in life. Don’t walk these alone. Let the right people help you.
